About This Program

What You'll Learn

Course Description

Functional Training focuses on movement patterns you use every day: squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, carrying and rotating. Rather than isolating single muscles, sessions train the body as one connected system, improving strength, mobility, balance and coordination so daily activities feel easier and injury risk drops. Each class blends a mobility warm-up, a strength or power focus, and a conditioning finisher.

Workouts use kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX suspension and bodyweight, with every exercise scalable to your current level. Whether you are an athlete, a desk-bound professional with stiffness, or someone returning to fitness, the coach adjusts load and progression to your ability, building a resilient, capable body for real-world demands.

FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

Still have questions? We're here to help you choose the right program for your journey.

01I'm a complete beginner. Can I keep up?
Yes. Every movement is scalable, and the coach assigns regressions or progressions based on your level. You work at your own intensity within a small, supported group.
02How is this different from a regular gym workout?
Instead of isolated machine exercises, functional training uses compound, multi-joint movements that mimic real life, improving how your whole body works together.
03I have an old injury. Is it safe for me?
Let us know about any injury during your assessment. Our coaches specialise in mobility and injury prevention and will modify movements to keep you training safely.
04How often should I attend for results?
Most members see good results with 3 sessions a week. Consistency over an 8- to 12-week cycle, with adequate rest and nutrition, produces the strongest gains.
